What do you do with the waste? We remove it from the customer's premises & dispose of it at a waste management company. To prevent from speading canine disease, we diligently disinfect our equipment regularly.

How often do you pick up the waste? We can pick up weekly, twice a week, bi-weekly, etc. Service frequency is tailored to each customer according to their needs.

When do I pay? We accept checks, money orders, or cash for prepayment on the first service day of each month.

Why do people use your service? Some reasons are that many people do not have time to pick it up themselves, or they are physically limited. Another reason is THE REPUGNANCE FACTOR.

Do you do services on holidays? We do services on most holidays. If your normal service day falls on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, or New Years Day, we will reschedule for the day before or the day after.

Who does the scooping? Pet Scoops Services is a family owned and operated business. As business increases, we may contract trusted family friends to help out. We do not hire day laborers.

Should I keep the dogs inside while you are scooping? As fellow dog lovers, this is usually not necessary. On occasion, it may take your pet some time to adjust to a new friend in the yard and it may be best to keep your dog inside.
